B’vive sounds like buh-veeve. It means to be well. And it honors your real life as it is.
I was inspired by the French phrase “bon vivant,” which literally translates to “one who lives well.”
And living well doesn’t mean perfect habits or harsh discipline.
It means knowing your mind.
Loving your body.
And finding joy in your life.
This isn’t about rules or rigid expectations.
It’s about understanding yourself, trusting your choices and doing what feels possible — again and again.
Because living well doesn’t have to be complicated.
